Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, once your order has been delivered, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. For returns, please refer to the "Make a return" section.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the information you need to track your order, depending on the type of delivery you have chosen.
Colissimo : You can track your order directly from your "Account", in "Orders" by clicking on your order number. (Please note that tracking information may take some time to be updated).
Relais Colis: You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your parcel is available at the Relais Colis you chose when you placed your order.
Express by DHL: You will receive a tracking e-mail from the service provider as soon as your parcel has been picked up.
How do I make a return?
You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to return all or parts of your order. There is no need to contact Customer Service, as no authorization is required. Simply follow the instructions below:
1 - Choose a standardized parcel from La Poste, or reuse the cardboard box with which the products arrived. Place the products inside their original packaging, with their labels uncut and in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, undirty).
2 - Fill in the "Returns Form" on the front, indicating the reason(s) for the return, then place the form in the parcel.
3 - Return the parcel by the carrier of your choice to :
