We do our utmost to process your returns as quickly as possible. Here are the steps and conditions for receiving your refund:

Processing times

Once your returned parcel has been received at our warehouse, it will take 7 to 10 working days for it to be checked and processed by our logistics team.

Identifying your return

To ensure a prompt refund, please make sure you have included the delivery note (originally provided with your order) inside your parcel. This document is essential for identifying your return and speeding up its processing.

Refund policy

Your refund will be processed in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Items returned in good condition: Full refund of the amount paid.
  • Damaged or soiled items: Partial refund or refusal of refund depending on the condition.

Return policy

You have several options for returning your items:

  • In-store returns: Free of charge at any of our shops.
  • Return via Mondial Relay: Available depending on your location.

How do I make a return? dropdown

You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return your items to us. Returns are free of charge provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition of items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unsoiled.
  • Labelling: The original label must be intact and still attached to the garment. Any item returned with the label detached cannot be accepted.
  • Sales period: Our returns policy may vary during the sales.

Returning a purchase made on the online shop

You have 14 days to return your items from the date you receive your parcel. Returns are free of charge provided you comply with the conditions mentioned above. To initiate a return, please log in to your customer account and go to the ‘My Returns’ section.

Returning an in-store purchase

For in-store purchases, you can return your items directly to the shop within 14 days. Please bring your receipt and the items in their original condition.

How can I track my order? dropdown

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can also check the progress of your delivery at any time via your Customer Account, in the ’My Orders" section, by clicking on your order number.

Tracking number

Your tracking number allows you to track your parcel in real time via the carrier. You will find it in the dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery (package not received, damaged, etc.), please contact us immediately via our contact form or by email at contact@fromfuture.com.

Change or cancel my order dropdown

You can add or remove items from your basket as long as your order has not been finalised.

Once your order has been confirmed and payment made, it is immediately processed by our teams so that it can be prepared with the utmost care and dispatched as soon as possible. This responsiveness allows us to offer you a fast and flawless delivery experience.

In this context, we are unfortunately no longer able to modify or cancel an order that has already been confirmed.

Rest assured, if an item does not suit you, you have a period of 14 days after receipt to return it to us. You can then choose between a refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer.
