No password is necessary.

You can save and manage your delivery addresses so that you do not have to re-enter them when placing your order. To do this, go to your personal space:

On each product sheet, you can consult our interactive size guide, specific to each item.

You can enter your measurements there so that you can find your ideal size.

Details are also available in the "size and Fit". We strongly recommend that you consult it before finalizing your order, as our dimensions may vary slightly from one model to another.

Validate my order dropdown

Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your “Account / Orders” area or upon receipt of the order confirmation email.

This email contains your order number as well as as the summary of the products purchased.

Its status will initially be "Unconfirmed", which means that your order is being processed.

Once shipped, the order will be noted "Shipped" in the list of your orders. You will then be able to access shipment tracking using the tracking link + track my package button

Can I modify or cancel my order? dropdown

You can add or remove items from your basket as long as your order has not been definitively validated.Once your order has been paid for and placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it . Indeed, once your order is validated, it is very quickly transmitted to our logistics teams to be prepared and sent as quickly as possible: we know that you are impatient to receive your items, and we are doing everything we can to ensure that you receive them quickly! Consequence of this speed: it is unfortunately impossible to modify or cancel your order.

Don't panic: you can, once the order is received, return the items to us within 14 days in order to be refunded or to make an exchange. For returns, refer to the procedure to follow in the “Return & Refund” section.

My payment has been declined, what should I do? dropdown

We regret that you are experiencing difficulties with your payment. If your payment attempt was unsuccessful, we encourage you to try again using another payment method or from another device (computer or smartphone).

SThis is a problem with 3D Secure, we invite you to try again by removing the special characters from the payment information. (accent, comma, hyphen etc.)

If, despite these steps, you continue to experience problems finalizing your order, please contact our Customer Service using our form dedicated.

What are the delivery times ? dropdown

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination as well as the delivery method chosen.

During promotional periods, delivery times may be extended due to an exceptional volume of orders. Our team does everything possible to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

For information:
the express delivery time (as for the standard time) starts from the dispatch of the order and not from the payment. The preparation of your order may vary from 24 to 48 hours depending on the period. Orders placed before 1 p.m. have a longer preparation time Court, and therefore have a total delivery time that is often faster.

Towards France Mmetropolitan:

  • Mondial Relay : 2 to 3 working days after shipping your order.
  • Colissimo: 3 working days after shipping your order.
  • Chronopost: 24 working hours after dispatch of your order.

    Towards the European Union:

Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal, Ireland, Italy:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 working days after shipping your order
  • Express Delivery: 4 to 5 working days after shipping your order.

    Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia:
  • Standard Shipping: 8 to 9 working days after shipping your order.

For certain countries not part of the European Union, we inform you that additional customs fees may be requested. We will not be able to reimburse you for these costs.

How to track my order ? dropdown

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive by email the information necessary for tracking it. You can also track your package from your personal space, in the “Order” section by clicking on the tracking number assigned to your order.
You can also use our page tracking. You will need to enter your order number as well as the postal code of the delivery address. You will then be able to follow the progress of your package.

Special cases:

  • Mondial Relay : You receive an e-mail as soon as your package is available in the Parcel Relay you have chosen, meaning that you can collect it within 10 days. If this deadline is exceeded, your package is returned to our warehouse and we will refund your order to your payment method.
  • Click&Collect : You receive an email as soon as your order is ready in store, meaning that you can collect it within 15 days. If this deadline is exceeded, your order will be put back on the shelves by our teams and we will reimburse it to your means of payment.

I did not receive my order, what to do? dropdown

We are really sorry that your package is under an unusual delay. If the deadline announced by the delivery method you have chosen is exceeded, we invite you to contact our customer service which will then approach the carrier in charge of your order as soon as possible:

My package was returned to the sender dropdown

If the address provided when ordering includes an error, the package may be returned to us by the carrier. Once your package has been returned to us, it cannot be returned to you and will be automatically reimbursed within a maximum of 14 working days.

Returns & Refunds

How to make a return? dropdown

Orders can be returned for free, under 14 days from receipt of your package.


Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled. Please note that items returned with the label detached cannot be returned.


Return times are exceptionally prolonged until January 2 for all purchases made between November 19 and December 20. The items must comply with our usual return conditions.

SALE: During periods of SALE, our return conditions change, items purchased on our website that have benefited from promotions cannot be refunded in store. They can only be refunded if returned by post.

Returning a purchase made on our website:

For non-discounted items, two options are available to you to return your order free of charge:

- In store: Return your item to one of our stores FROM FUTURE (excluding corners & Vallée Village outlets). It will be necessary to show the seller your delivery note or order number.

- By post: Return your item via your personal space.

For European Union countries, a pre-paid return voucher is available on our returns portal. Download it after declaring your return, print it and stick it on your package.

It is necessary to include the delivery note (sheet received in the initial package) in your return package so that our warehouse can identify the order and thus proceed with the reimbursement.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your return package in our warehouse, within 7 to 10 days.

Returning a purchase made in one of our stores:

Please note that items purchased in department stores (Galerie Lafayette, Bon marché, Printemps and La Vallée Villlage) can only be returned to the store of purchase.

During periods of SALE, returns conditions change, items discounted or part of a promotional offer cannot be refunded. See your receipt for more details.

How to exchange an article? dropdown

For a purchase made in store:
We invite you to come back to the store to exchange your item or benefit from a credit.

For a purchase made online, you can choose:

  • Make your exchange in one of our stores.
  • Make a return exchange on our return portal from your customer account. You will be able to select the product(s) you would like to take instead. There will be no return costs on this exchange, you will be able to receive a credit if the new product is less expensive than the one returned, or pay the difference otherwise.

Reimbursement period dropdown

An email notification informs you of the refund once it is processed. You will also be able to view the confirmation in the "Order" section of your account.

Upon receipt of your return package in our warehouse, a period of 7 to 10 working days may be necessary for it to be processed by our logistics teams.

If this deadline has passed, you can contact us immediately HERE.

Make sure you have included the delivery note (included in your initial package) in your return package, so that our warehouse can identify your order and thus process your refund.
