RETURNS
ONLINE PURCHASE
Orders can be returned for free, under 14 days from receipt of your package.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled. Please note that items returned with the label detached cannot be returned.
Return times are exceptionally prolonged until January 2 for all purchases made between November 19 and December 20. The items must comply with our usual return conditions.

BY POSTAL : from your customer account.
Placing an order on our site does not automatically create a customer account. If you do not yet have an account but have already placed an order, register with the same email you used when placing your order.
Once received in the warehouse, returns are processed within 7 to 10 days.
STORE PURCHASE
Returns of store purchases are possible within 14 days. Items must be in their original condition (tag attached and item not damaged). Returns are only possible in store (excluding corners & outlets).
Return times are exceptionally prolonged until January 2 for all purchases made between November 19 and December 20. The items must comply with our usual return conditions.
An item purchased in a corner (Galerie Lafayette, Bon marché, Printemps) or an outlet (La Vallée Village) can only be returned to the original store.
