ONLINE PURCHASE
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clean. Please note that returned items with the tag detached cannot be returned.

Once received at the warehouse, returns are processed within 7 to 10 days.
STORE PURCHASE
In-store purchase returns are possible within 14 days and are free of charge.
Items must be in their original condition (tag attached and item undamaged). Returns are only possible in-store (excluding corners & outlets).
An item purchased in a department store corner (Galeries Lafayette, Le Bon Marché, Printemps) or an outlet (The Village or La Vallée Village) can only be returned to the original store.
