How to return an item purchased on our E-shop:

Items may be refunded within 14 days if returned by post. If the conditions of the offer are no longer met due to the return (if only 1 discounted item is kept from the entire order), the discounted items kept will be returned to their initial discounted price before -15%. The refund will therefore correspond to the amount paid for the returned item minus the amount of the discount that was given on the kept item. For example, if two jumpers were bought for €170 each instead of €200 thanks to the ‘-15% from 2 items on sale’ offer, when one of the jumpers is returned the refund will be €140.
