Can I change or cancel my order?
Once validated, the order cannot be canceled. However, once the order has been delivered, you can return the items to us within 14 days in order to receive a refund or exchange for other items.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with at the bottom of the page the information necessary to track your order depending on the type of delivery chosen.
How do I make a return?
You have 14 days from receipt of your package or purchase in store to return your items free of charge.
For a purchase in store, the return can be made directly in one of our stores (excluding outlets and department store corners).
For a purchase made on the website, the return can be made in store or by post, free of charge. To do this, simply follow the instructions given on the return portal.
Please note that parts whose label has been detached or returned damaged cannot be returned.
