Account creation
For information: Placing an order on our site does not automatically create an account with From Future
To create your From Future account:
1. Click on the space “Account” at the top right of the home page on your computer, or in the menu at the top left on your mobile.
2. Click "Create account" in the “New customer?”
3. Fill in the requested information (Last name, First name, Email, Password) and validate then click on “Register”
What is your account for? p>
- You can find all the history of your online purchases as well as the shipping tracking of your current order.
- You can enter and save several delivery addresses
- Your purchases are made easier by saving your delivery/billing addresses.
Connect to your account
To log in to your account:
- Click on the space “Account” at the top right of the page home page on your computer, or in the menu at the top left on your mobile.
- Enter your email and password then click on “Connection”.
Forgot your password ?
Have you lost your password or you can't log in?
Click on "forgotten password", then simply enter your login email address and then click click on “Reset”.
You will receive a password reset email in your mailbox.
If you do not receive any email in the following minutes, we invite you to check carefully your spam and junk mail.
You can also contact us for any support request.
Data protection
All information in your Account is only used within the framework of your commercial relationship with en.fromfuture.com. This information is never shared with third parties or resold. Finally, your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by Paypal or by the secure payment module of our partner CHECKOUT.
The Site uses cookies (connection cookies) which the user is informed of when arriving on the website which allows them to record information relating to the computer's navigation on the website. These cookies are only installed after acceptance by the user, continued navigation on the website constitutes acceptance. The user can oppose the use of these cookies by configuring their browser, knowing that access to certain services may require prior acceptance by the user of cookies.
How to manage my delivery addresses?
You can save and manage your delivery addresses so you don't have to re-enter them when placing your order. To do this, go to your “Account / Addresses / Add an address” space.
Order
Size guide
On each product sheet, you can consult our size guide, specific to each item.
It contains a size table in which you can find the size corresponding to your body shape as well as a size advice tool.
Details are also available in the “Size Information” section regarding fit and size recommendations. We strongly recommend that you consult it before finalizing your order, as our dimensions may have slight variations from one model to another.

Validate my order
Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your “Account / Orders” area or upon receipt of the order confirmation email.
This email contains your order number as well as as the summary of the products purchased.
Its status will initially be "Unconfirmed", which means that your order is being processed.
Once shipped, the order will be noted "Shipped" in the list of your orders. You will then be able to access shipment tracking using the tracking link + track my package button
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can add or remove items from your basket as long as your order has not been definitively validated.Once your order has been paid for and placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it . Indeed, once your order is validated, it is very quickly transmitted to our logistics teams to be prepared and sent as quickly as possible: we know that you are impatient to receive your items, and we are doing everything we can to ensure that you receive them quickly! Consequence of this speed: it is unfortunately impossible to modify or cancel your order.
Don't panic: you can, once the order is received, return the items to us within 30 days in order to be refunded or to make an exchange. For returns, refer to the procedure to follow in the “Return & Refund” section.

What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your order:

My payment has been declined, what should I do?

Delivery areas
We deliver all over the world, with the exception of Russia. Let yourself be tempted by our creations!
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and the delivery method chosen.
For Info: the express delivery time (as for the standard time) starts from the dispatch of the order and not from the payment. Orders placed before 11 a.m. have a shorter preparation time, and therefore often have a shorter total delivery time.
To Metropolitan France:
Apart from express delivery, delivery in metropolitan France is free.
- Mondial Relay: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch of your order
- Colissimo: 3 working days after dispatch of your order
- Chronopost: 24 working hours after dispatch of your order
Towards the European Union:
Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal, Ireland, Italy
- Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 working days after your order has been dispatched
- Express Delivery: 4 to 5 working days after your order has been dispatched.
Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia
- Standard Delivery: 8 to 9 working days after your order has been dispatched
- Express Delivery: 3 to 4 working days after your order has been dispatched.
Finland, Iceland, Greece, Territories specific to Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Malta, Romania
- Standard Delivery: 8 to 9 working days after dispatch of your order< /p>
- Express delivery: 3 to 4 working days after shipment of your order.
To United Kingdom:
Standard delivery: 6 to 8 working days after dispatch of your order
Please note that for countries outside the European Union, additional customs taxes may be required.
To the rest of the world:
- Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 working days after your order has been dispatched
- Express Delivery: 3 to 4 working days after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery costs
Except for France, delivery costs are not covered by From Future.
FROM FUTURE revisits cashmere, from timeless to creations the most intrepid. But not only ! It is also the desire to reduce our margins to offer you the most affordable price. This is why we do not include delivery costs in the prices of our products. This makes it much more transparent for you.
Please note that delivery costs vary depending on the country of destination as well as the delivery method chosen . The amount will be indicated to you when finalizing your order.
For countries that are not part of the European Union, we inform you that additional customs may be required. We will not be able to reimburse you for these costs.
How to track my order ?
As soon as your order is dispatched by our warehouse, you will receive by email the information necessary for the follow-up of it. You can also follow your package from your “account”, in the “command” part by clicking on the number of your order
Mondial Relay : You receive an email as soon as your package is available in the package relay that you have chosen, meaning that you can recover it within 10 days. If this period is exceeded, your package is returned to our warehouse and we refund your order on your means of payment.
Click & Collect : You receive an SMS as soon as your order is delivered in the store, thus meaning that you can recover it within 15 days. If this period is exceeded, your order is given on the shelves by our teams and we proceed to a refund of this on your means of payment.

You will need to enter the order number as well as the postal code of the delivery address.
I did not receive my order, what to do?
We are really sorry that your package is under an unusual delay. If the deadline announced by the delivery method you have chosen is exceeded, we invite you to contact our customer service which will then approach the carrier in charge of your order as soon as possible:

My package was returned to the sender
If the address provided when ordering includes an error, the package may be returned to us by the carrier. Once your package has been returned to us, it cannot be returned to you and will be automatically reimbursed within a maximum of 14 working days.

How to make a return?
You have a 30-day* period from the receipt of your package to return all or part of your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled. Please note that items returned with the tag removed will not be refunded.
Returning a purchase made on our Eshop:
Two options are available to you:
In-store: Return your item to one of our FROM FUTURE stores (excluding corners). You will need to present your delivery note or order number to the salesperson.

By post: Return your item via our returns portal.
Some items are shipped from our stores (Ship from Store). For returns of this type of order, please use our dedicated portal.
It is necessary to include your delivery note (sheet received in the initial package) with your return package so that our warehouse can identify the order and proceed with the refund.
The refund will be processed upon receipt of your return package in our warehouse, within 7 to 10 days.

For European Union countries, a pre-paid return label is available on our returns portal. Download it after declaring your return, print it, and attach it to your package. At the time of refund, the fees will be automatically deducted:
- €4.50 for returns from France.
- €8.50 for returns from an EU country.
*Unfortunately, return fees are not covered. FROM FUTURE democratizes access to fine materials such as cashmere or silk. To offer you the fairest price possible, our business model involves reducing our margins. For this reason, we cannot include return-associated costs in the selling price. It's not a perfect system, but it aims to be as transparent as possible for you.
If you made a purchase from our online store in a country outside the European Union, please note that you are required to pay customs fees upon shipment for the package to reach us, and the pre-paid return label will not be available.
Returning a purchase made in one of our stores:
Visit one of our stores for a return.
Please note that items purchased in department stores (Galerie Lafayette, Bon Marché, Printemps, and La Vallée Village) can only be returned to the purchasing store.
During sales periods, return conditions for store purchases may vary; please check your receipt for details.
How to exchange an article?
For a purchase made in stores, We invite you to go back to the store to exchange your item or benefit from a credit.
For a purchase made on our eshop, You can choose:
- Carry out your exchange in one of our shops.
- Return to our Return page.
We will reimburse you the item returned once received and controlled by our warehouse, you can, on your side order.
Reimbursement period
You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made.
The confirmation of reimbursement will also be indicated in your "order" section account.
If you have returned all the items purchased during this order, the latter will be indicated as "reimbursed". Otherwise, it will be indicated as "partially reimbursed".
Allow 7 to 10 working days to make your return treated with our logistics service.
