How to return an item purchased at a discount on our E-shop:
- Items purchased at a discount can only be refunded if returned by post.
During the Christmas period, items purchased on or after November 25 can be returned until January 5.

If the conditions of the offer are no longer met due to a return (if only 1 item is kept from the entire order), then the refund will correspond to the amount of the returned item minus the amount of the discount that was given on the kept item.
For example, if two Sweaters were purchased at €90 each instead of €100 thanks to the "-10% on basket from 2 items purchased" offer. In the case of the return of a Sweater, the refund will be €90 less €10, i.e. €80. The €10 corresponds to the discount applied to the first item. Sweater, which will be kept.
