• Items can only be refunded if they are returned by post.

• Items can be exchanged or credited if they are returned to a shop (excluding Galerie Lafayette, Printemps and Bon Marché)If you take advantage of our additional 15% discount offer for two or more sale items added to your basket (excluding accessories) and you subsequently decide to return some of these items, the following conditions will apply:
  
  If you return all the sale items concerned, you will receive a full refund for each item returned.
  If you choose to keep only one sale item, the additional 15% discount will no longer apply, as the conditions of the offer will no longer be met. The amount of the refund will then be adjusted accordingly and will be calculated as follows:
  
  Amount paid - Amount of the item kept at the initial price before -15%.
  
  In the example where 2 items on sale for €100 are purchased, you will benefit from the 15% discount and will therefore pay €170 instead of €200. If you return one of the two items, you will be refunded €70.
